Координационный центр Игр МОК обеспечивает и управляет координацией работы и обменивается данными с Главным оперативным центром ОКОИ.

IOC/OCOG management principles
IOC is the ultimate decision-making authority concerning any situation having a major impact on the Games, except for matters pertaining to the security and physical safety of the participants. The OCOG's Main Operations Center will ensure Games-wide operations coordination. The IOC's Games coordination office will ensure and manage the coordination of operations and communicate with the OCOG Main Operations Center.
